Questions
- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes. 10 monitors, email alerts and a status page, with no card and no time limit. Upgrade when you need faster checks, Telegram or more monitors.
- Is there a free trial of Pro and Agency?
- Yes, 14 days, once per account. Checkout asks for a card but charges nothing until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. You get an email three days before the first charge.
- What counts as a monitor?
- Each website, API endpoint or cron job you watch is one monitor. Clients and status pages do not count toward the limit.
- How does yearly billing work?
- Pay for ten months and get twelve: Pro is $90 a year and Agency $290 a year, instead of $108 and $348 paid monthly.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time from the billing page. A change of plan applies at once: moving up charges the difference for the rest of the period, moving down leaves a credit toward later bills. When you cancel, the paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens to my monitors if I move to a smaller plan?
- Nothing is deleted. The oldest monitors keep running up to the new limit and the rest are paused; check intervals slow to what the plan allows. Upgrade again and the paused monitors start by themselves, or pause one to swap another in.
- Which currency are prices in?
- US dollars. Your card or payment provider converts to your local currency when you pay.
