These terms are an agreement between you and Santiago Santiago ("RondaUp", "we") for the use of the RondaUp website, dashboard, status pages and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use RondaUp for a company, you accept them on its behalf.
1. The Service
RondaUp checks websites, APIs and scheduled jobs that you configure, alerts you when they fail, and publishes status pages you create. We work to keep the Service running and accurate, but checks can be delayed or missed, and alerts depend on email and messaging services outside our control. RondaUp helps you notice problems sooner; it does not guarantee that every problem is detected.
2. Your account
- You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
3. Acceptable use
You may only monitor sites and services that you own or are allowed to monitor. You must not:
- use RondaUp to load-test, flood or attack any system;
- point monitors at private networks or at targets whose owner has not agreed;
- publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content on a status page;
- try to get around plan limits, rate limits or security controls;
- resell the Service as a standalone product without our written agreement.
We may suspend monitors or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
4. Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the reseller of RondaUp and appears on your statement; Paddle also handles sales tax and invoices. Prices may change; we will email you at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription.
A first Pro or Agency subscription may start with a 14-day free trial, once per account. A payment method is required to start it, and the first charge is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Plan changes apply at once. Moving to a larger plan charges the difference for the rest of the period; moving to a smaller one leaves a credit toward later bills. When a plan's limits are lower than what you use, monitors beyond the limit are paused, not deleted.
You can cancel at any time. The paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into RondaUp. You allow us to process it to provide the Service, as described in the privacy policy. Status pages you publish are public; you decide what appears on them.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, change or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel with a prorated refund of the unused period.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, RondaUp is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect damages, including those caused by a missed or delayed alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When an account is deleted, its monitors stop and its data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will try to settle any dispute with you informally first.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
